We take great care in dispatching every order from our UK workshop. Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed and prepared before it is handed to our courier.

Free Delivery
Spend £35 or more in a single order and enjoy complimentary standard delivery — our gift to you. Free delivery is fulfilled via Royal Mail 48 Hour service.
Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 11am or over the weekend will begin processing the next business day. (Click and collect orders will be available same day if during business hours)
Out of Stock Items
On very rare occasions, an item may become unavailable after your order is placed. Should this happen, we will contact you promptly by email to offer a suitable alternative, a store credit, or a full refund — whichever you prefer. We will never leave you in the dark.
Tracking Your Order
All orders include Royal Mail tracking. You will receive your tracking reference by email once your order has been dispatched.
