- Credit or Debit card payments We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Delta, Maestro and EDC (either on-line or by phone, post, or fax) Unfortunately we cannot accept orders less than £7.00 Please remember that the address that you use has to be the card holders address (the one registered with the credit card company). We are unable to send the goods to a different address.
- Cheque or postal order with order (UK only) Cheques need to be made payable to 'Mesmerize', your cheque guarantee number or address must be written on the back. *Postal orders should be made payable to: L.Crampton. Our postal address is: Mesmerize, 26 Wellgate, Rotherham, South Yorkshire, S60 2LR
- Cash Total should be rounded up to the nearest 'note' denomination (A credit note will be issued for any overpayment, coins are too easily detected) however this should be sent well hidden and by recorded delivery (costs 64p) For both yours and our peace of mind. This way you know if it goes missing it can be tracked. (This method is not advised for large orders!)

Payment in UK sterling only, should be received with your order, we accept the following method of payment:-

Please note that we cannot accept checks or money orders drawn from a bank located in another country, the reason for this being that we are charged £15 per cheque/money order to pay into our bank and we do not wish to pass this charge onto our customers.
A currency converter can be found in the quick links at the bottom of each page, it is suggested that you check your order total with your countries currency before submitting your order :) Please check the correct post and packing charges
If you wish to pay for items in US dollars, this can be arranged however, please email us for further details and price conversion before sending any monies.
* If you are making an order by post you can still submit the online order form to us, or a quick email so we know what to get ready, or order in and so you can make sure of the total order before writing the cheque.

We use discreet packaging on all of our orders. Items ordered will be despatched as soon as possible between 3 - 28 days for delivery. (If any items are likely to take longer than 14 days (UK) we will endeavour to contact you by email) Our standard postage and packing charges are as follows :
England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland : (Royal mail 1st class, Recorded delivery)
£3.00 for orders up to the value of £20
£4.00 for orders of £20 - £30
10% of the subtotal for orders above £30
Abroad (Royal mail 1st class Airmail 'Airsure') These are percentages of your total order
Mainland Europe (& Ireland) minimum charge £5.00 (orders up to £20), above £20 = 20%
Rest of the world Minimum charge £6.00, so if your order total is under £20 your shipping charge will be £6, over £20 will be 30% of the subtotal)
Unfortunately we do not offer wholesale prices or catalogues. The items on this website are already at the best price that we can sell at :)
